Cancellation by Customer:
a. Customers can cancel their booking at any time by contacting us through our website or by phone.
b. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the booking time, we will issue a full refund.
c. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the booking time, we will not issue a refund.
d. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Dove Clear Kayak:
a. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe water conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
b. If we cancel a tour, we will offer customers the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refunds:
a. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the booking.
b. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
